I recently had some new software installed onto my MacBook Pro this gentleman. He remotely installed the software for me. The next day, whilst I was testing the software in my studio, I found a couple of errors in loading certain synthesiser patches etc. I got back in touch with VST plug-ins, and he immediately remotely. Wow! Is there anything VST can’t do. I messed up updating/not installing an application properly and needed for the morning. Messaged them, and within 30 minutes they remotely solved it. Lost my last Photoshop software due to a PC failure. There are lots of photo editing packages out there but I'm so used to Photoshop.
